About Kidney stones...
I've debated offering the following due to your predisposition to dismiss anything I say. But, it is not my nature to withhold information for spite.
Calcium oxalate - the substance of that which we call "kidney stones" is found in many foods and beverages. According to numerous studies, reducing the intake of foods and beverages high in oxalate content, coupled with an increase in personal hydration have been shown to reduce the occurrence of "kidney stones".
The following is a list of some of the foods and beverages highest in oxalate content. This information can be confirmed with any urologist.
Tea
Coffee
caramel (especially that used in sodas with a dark color)
beer
chocolate
spinach
rhubarb
This list is by no means comprehensive and if you have difficulties with kidney stones you should consult a doctor. In my own experience though, since eliminating the above from my diet I have have been completely free from the formation of kidney stones for seven years (verified by x-rays) after having suffered with them from my early twenties.
