I think your post is refreshingly different and possibly correct to a great degree but in all fairness underestimates the MM's much like everyone else in love with this stock fails to realize.
The power of this small group of people is more than anyone wishes to admit too. The money behind them, the experience they have, and the cards they have not yet shown. They have been down this road many times and their track record for wins is much more than most Longs like to admit too. I am not saying that NSS through the MM's is right I am saying that the difficulty in proving them wrong and taking them to task on it is vastly underestimated by starry eyed longs looking for the quick short squeeze buck.
Yes Roger and Urban are doing the right thing for the shareholder but the difficulty of the negotiation I think has been overlooked. I hope I'm wrong but the arm twisting by the MM's we cannot see and of course CMKX will not comment on if they are smart. I believe they are. I'd love to be "astonished" as you close in your argument. Truth is though this may be a longer and harder fought battle than many are prepared to admit.
For every shareholder's sake I hope I'm sadly mistaken but I don't see the MM's lieing down on this one yet. As time goes on ( it has been put back how many times? ) you will be witness it to intensified treachery manipulation and betrayal seldom before seen as MM's position on the THE CASAVANT MANEUVER with the vengeance of a mad man. Only it will all make perfect sense to the MM's. Don't get me wrong Roger must be good but I have yet to hear anyone say he is infallible.
This reply is to make longs more aware. So many are thinking this is cut and dried case of a clear win for the Casavant camp on a short squeeze. Frankly I think they are dreaming in TECHNICOLOR , never underestimate the enemy. Urban can be successful but not with the speed and grace many tout he will. FWIW I have ordered my certs an hour ago to assist CMKX in any way possible. I will be holding come Hell or High Water but it won't be easy and many times your confidence will be shaken to the core. It won't be the cake walk many are predicting. There is just to much money at stake here and the MM's are more than aware of that. DIG IN.
