Hello Gump

Sometimes depends on how generous the insiders are to themselves , in regards to the number of warrants they throw into the private placement. I've seen a few CDN companies that spend most of their time dumping the free trading shares of a private placement into any upward price movement, as they continue to accumulate warrants at very cheap prices. The vicious cycle at times can go on for long periods of time. Sometime have a look at SPQ.V ( Spider Res.) , at best you can only get a 50 percent price swing off the bottom .
