Lawrence, I hope it doesn't go to court. If it does, we are in for a very long wait and there are no guarantees, even if we are right, which we all agree on. A settlement is best for all concerned, half a loaf is better than none. I don't think that the government, JPM, or the fDIC are afraid at all. I sure hope that I'm wrong about this, but I don't think so. Still a strong long, with hope.
