Americans over-reacting. Let's be a little analytical. Are those bonuses taxable or are the recipients going to keep all of it? Are the recipients going to spend their bonuses or are they going to hide them in offshore accounts? Obviously, bonuses cannot be used to stimulate the economy. Only the Government can give out "bonuses" to stimulate the economy.
For food stamps. For housing subsidies. To save the swamp frogs out in San Fransicko.
