I too have been suspicious for a long time. I,however, do not exclude the possibility that the management by implementing all the buyback programs is seeking to make it easy for themselves to take the company private.

Think about it: After the implementation of the buyback just announced there will probably be less than 40 mil shares outstanding and at current prices the company will be valued at less than a Billion.

They can have the cash to pay for the company in no time at all even if it were to rise slightly from here.
