The fact that NOK ELECTED to have their royalty rate dependent upon Ericy (or any other trigger) by NOT negotiating their OWN royalty rate is a very strong point in my mind.

This was a definite business CHOICE by NOK and now they cry foul. In the arbitration, I hope IDCC really EMPHASIZES this point that NOK WANTED to follow the Ericy (or any other triggering company) rates.
