I keep going back to this release from CXAC: http://www.globenewswire.com/newsroom/news.html?d=160314

They said in 45 days they would provide full financial disclosure to pinksheets.com to bring them up to 'Current Information.' This will indeed be an important step in not only validating the company with pinksheets.com, but also in revealing where they truly are financially as a company. I'm willing to wait until mid-April for the release of the financials and I believe this will then rise with that release. Mergers are awesome, but what I really want to see are some earnings and positive growth in the financial area.
