If this PPS keeps getting held down I can only assume prospective industrial investors have already walked away from an investment that might have been in CMKX. Quite possibly very DEEP pockets. Is there anyway Roger Glenn can account for such losses and impairment to a court of law?

If so how please? I would imagine it's an average based on many parameters but is there such a charge that the court could level at the the NSS and if so do you sense it might be a meaningful sum to the investor in terms of PPS assuming Roger won the charge?? Is he likely to go after such a scenario...?
