excerpt: ------------------------------------------------------------- "So is Rich [RITTER] looking to hedge his bet here? Don't know.
What is known is that Stratxx has a lot of tech partners that provide some very specific airship know-how. They also seem very intent on providing services to particular regions (most notably Africa & the Middle East).
Question is, what happens if the Stratxx doesn't work?" --------------------------------------------------------------
Nerd,
Rich Ritter's Swiss law firm was involved, way back in 2005 with the beginings of Stratxx (Europe's answer to a Stratospheric airship company). This obviously, predates any involvement with Tao Technologies and TAO MND AG.
Matching recent events at STRATXX with Sanswire funding PR's, it appears more Swiss francs are going into Sanswire's cash box (via TAO MnD AG) as a hedge (against "redirected" efforts at STRATXX) by those Stratxx-aligned entities dedicated to a stratospheric business model.
This is not to say Tao T. and Kroplin will succeed with their Stratospheric model, but that investors/ tech. partners in the 60,000ft floating STRATXX telecom venture appear sadly out of luck.
Just to bring everyone up to speed, that Swiss firm is now focused on producing AEROSTATS tethered (by way of cabling) 1000 meters off the ground, to function as a cell tower. Guess they can drop the "Strat" in Stratxx now -XX will do.
Nerd, fwiw, this is where the research leads me. Hope this helps with yours.
