Gody a couple tsk tsk's but great post.

Firstly the last line in 7.2 "except in the ordinary course of business" that just sank your battleship IMHO that leaves EVERYTHING open to interpretation and very subjective at that.

Secondly to the best I have heard the George Lake Zinc deposit has been mined sinced the fifties or perhaps the sixties can't quite recall (Gump?) anyway it has been cleaned out pretty thoroughly already so for Urban to put all his pennies in that basket seems pretty cavalier to me.
