I had originally planned on releasing this information in a more in-depth "manifesto", and I still may at a later date. But for the time being I would like to just get a rough version of the Choctaw, Oklahoma Market 99 store out into the open. I will not be able to give approximate dates, as it has been some while. But this outline starts at around the beginning of July 2007, and ends in July 21, 2008. Please bear with me.

-Employees are hired, and store is set up. The hired employees are Michael, Ivy, Jason Strider, Martha Smith, Christy Stilwell, Christy D, Tish, Derek Green, Vicki Overstreet, Walter, Tanya, and Heru Ra.

-Jason Brola, James Brola, and Bruce (last name unknown) are the owners.

-Derek Green leaves after store is set-up because he is going to Texas.

-Grand opening is held.

-Walter is the original manager, until he is fired and replaced by Martha Smith. His termination is the result of a lie perpetuated by Martha Smith, that the owners did not thoroughly investigate.

-Martha Smith becomes manager, and runs the business into the ground, Jason and James barely come to the store after the first 2 months, and seem to have no interest in its affairs. Martha therefore is the only authority figure in Market 99, and she begins to "get rid" of her opposition. Everyone has there hours severely cut except for: Christy, Jason Strider(Martha's boyfriend), and Heru. Martha eventually manages to "rid" Market 99 of Walter, Tanya, Ivy, Christy D, Tish, and Michael.

-A new assistant manager is hired by Bruce. His name is Bill, but he only lasts 2 weeks. He is an odd fellow, and Martha frames him for stealing funds from a cash register. He quits 2 weeks after he is hired. It is later revealed that Martha often stole money from the registers and blamed other people for it.

-Bruce interviews Christy Stilwell for the new assistant manager position, and she receives it. Bruce is no longer seen or heard from again.

Intermission: While all of this is happening, Market 99 is not receiving the supplies it needs to sustain itself. Trucks are few and very far in between, and only 2 truck shipments ever filled the store to full capacity. Jason claims he is aware of this, and repeatedly says he is ordering trucks, but none ever come. James remains mostly silent.

-New employee named Brandon Menasco is hired.

-Martha and Jason Strider break up, and Jason quits because of this. Jason Strider was also promised to be promoted to a higher position within the company numerous times by Jason and James Brola, which never happens. This further inspires him to leave.

-New employees are hired Jackie Brakefield, Todd, Jeff Smith (no relation to Martha), Zack Kuzmic. Derek Green comes back from Texas and is rehired.

-Employees soon become tired of Martha, and Christy informs most of them what Martha does behind the scenes.

-Todd and Martha become involved in a relationship, and this grants him certain privileges.

-Jason Strider is re-hired for a short period of time on threats to sue the company. But tension quickly arises between Jason Strider, Todd, and Jeff Smith. Jason Strider believes Martha is romantically involved with them. This only happens to be true for Todd. Jason Strider gets mad and quits again, this time for good.

-Todd and Martha end relations, and Todd subsequently stops working at Market 99, citing other reasons for leaving.

-Zack Kuzmic quits Market 99 as a result of Martha.

-Jason Strider breaks into the store through the back door, and
robs(court case has already been held, I believe no major charges were filed) the managers office for around $1000. Further inspection by camera and employee reports yield that Martha assisted him. Jason Brola feigns interest, but doesn't bother to show up to the court date or come to the store.

-Martha paints the windows without the approval of Jason and James, using all of the acrylic paint the store has for sale. Jason and James find out a few days later, and order it be removed. Martha realizes that food items expire, and over half of the food inventory must be thrown away.

-Derek Green quits as a result of Martha.

-Jackie Brakefield, Christy Stilwell, Vicki Overstreet, Heru Ra, Brandon Menasco, Jeff Smith, and Martha Smith are the only remaining employess.

-Martha leaves Market 99 saying that she has found a better paying job. Days before she is to leave, she tells Jason and James that she wishes to stay, but they say they have already filled her position. Christy Stilwell is promoted to manager, while Vicki Overstreet is promoted to assistant manager.

-Martha leaves Market 99 after being its manager for nearly a year.

Intermission: Once again trucks are few and far in between, and customers regularly ask if the store will be closing or not. Jason and James assure the employees that the store is not closing, and continue to say that trucks are on the way.

-Christy and Vicki run what is left of the store. Vicki soon becomes as corrupt a manager as Martha was.

-A man named Dusty Lee is hired as business manager. Seemingly replacing Bruce's old position.

-Jason, James, and Dusty come to the store for a few days and close it while the truck arrives. They bring in a new checkout system, and all the inventory is accounted for by hand. The price scanner used by Dusty doesn't work, and all the inventory must be re-counted. James, Jason, and Dusty leave, and the store is re-opened, and the employees don't know how to properly use the new checkout system. The store is in further disarray for a few more days.

-Truck fills the store for a few weeks, before the store is once again barren. James and Jason continue to re-iterate that the store will not be closing. Christy cuts hours for Brandon Menasco, Heru Ra, and Jeff Smith. Christy, Vicki, and Jackie retain their hours.

-Store morale is running low, there is barely anything to do in the store. The employees all begin to slack off.

-Vicki attempts to steal items from the store, but is caught by Brandon Menasco. She denies these allegations to Christy at first, but later acknowledges her guilt. She simply receives a "slap on the wrist" and is not reprimanded. James and Jason seem to not care about the issue, or any issue for that matter. The matter is told to be dropped.

-Brandon Menasco, Jeff Smith, and Heru Ra are singled-out for being lazy. They begin to feel oppressed by the female management and employee.

-Jeff Smith quits Market 99 due to low hours, and finding a new job.

-Store remains on this course for a few more months. On July 21, 2008 Jason calls Christy and tells her the store is closing down, possibly for only a few days. Until more funds can be raised to keep it open.

That is a rough outline of what happened to the only operating Market 99 store. To date the employees have never received their final paychecks, and some have not received their W-2 income tax forms. Jason and James seem to be off the radar as you all well know, and it seems unlikely that any true answers will ever be given. I have since heard that Heru Ra managed to text message Jason Brola on his cell phone, and inquired about the paychecks however; at one point Jason responded:

"How much did m99 owe you for your last check anyway? It mustve been a fuckin shit ton because the way way ur acting it seems like ur last check shuld be thousands."

Jason also supposedly informed Heru Ra that some investors from Florida were planning to invest $500,000 in mkt99. I have not heard from Heru or Jason since. I hope this helps to fill in any blanks any of you might have had. If there are any more questions, please feel free to ask.
