I pulled up the latest Nevada. Sec of State information, looks like they filed the required list of officers 03/12/2009, also they increased the A/S from 75,000,000 to 500,000,000, so with that increase in A/S, they could have increased the O/S, if so, that could be the reason for the slow movement.
