Not a dumb question, i was wondering that also,in the past it moved up on low volume, for whatever reason now it takes much more to move it.

I sure would like to have an up date on the current O/S
the last one posted was Feb 2008, an increase in the O/S could be a reason for non movement. Yesterday ended up as over 3 million buys and 700,000 sells
