Btw just to clarify, by four times the old OEM license fee, I am going back to the approx. $.25 rate (rate is now .90 or a little higher). There were two rate increases in 2008, both for the E-Series. But the second increase not only doubled the E-Series again but doubled the D-Series to about $.50 (or a little higher).
