As an absolute minimum, it would be a huge help is Pinks were required to publically post, on a monthly basis, their O/S share count.

justery, are you asking all these questions out of curiosity or are you hoping to find some hope that you will get some of your money back? If it's the latter, my advise to you is Fagidaboudit!!!! That money is GONE!

The following is all in my opinion. Even if the SEC nails Dial don't expect them to find any money for restitution to shareholders. I'm convinced Dial was not in this alone. I think the Big New York lawyer and his bud Andy Blum were in on the scam as were the Jarvises. THe shares Dial gave the Medical outfit in Canada were a payoff of some kind. They were involved with the Nutmeg Group, another gang of scam artists. Millions passed through Grifco and their related scams. That money is now deeply hidden. WE can hope Dial goes to the pen someday and that CTBG somehow suceeds. There may be a FAINT chance we may get something back from the DTC.

Stop torturing yourself with the hope of getting ANYTHING out of GFCI!!!! GONE< GONE GONE!!!!

IMO, you would be better off using my come from behind strategy. I buy a lottery ticket every week. I KNOW I have a chance a winning something in the lottery. A VERY, VERY slim chance but a real, honest chance. Way more than you have of getting anything back from Grifco. Again. Fagigaboudit!!!
