BIG TIME SCAM. GETC has no revenues. TELCO has DEBT and liabilities.

NO MONEY, NO OVERSEAS INTERESTS WHATSOEVER, NO REAL EMPLOYEES, LOSS MAKING OWNERSHIP IN BC&D, 1400 MILES OF WORTHLESS PIPELINE.

Before these guys use any more bullcrapola, let them tell you about the condition and costs to make the 1400 miles of pipeline useable again....
