CNO or lottery tickets?

FBR reduces target to $1.50 from $7; insiders were buying from $4 to $2 not so long ago as company dumped Long Term care unit on Sate of PA for 175M eliminating unknown future liabilities.

Tanked hard twice past 5 days like margin liquidation or mkt on close sells. I need something to replace my Pilgrim Pride which I sold at .88 after buying some more down at $.15.
