I have no idea why anyone would be focusing on the soon to be replaced officers. This is a shell takeover deal, and the debt, officers and vehicle itself are about to undergo a total transformation.

I suppose when the new team is as strong as it is, some will try and flail the former officers etc.

That's your preogative, just don't see how it relates to the reality of the situation, at all.
