question about the dividend... since I don't know much about them...

If you bought before the ex date and held through the record date... would you be receiving a dividend no matter what? Or would have had to hold onto the shares until the dividend pay date? I don't qualify for the dividend and do no own the stock short or long... I was just wondering.

If one bought for the ex date and held through till now, even with the dividend, they would still be down 12%... and that's if they bought at .004
