Clear Skies Inc. Low float, no debt, not too much cash, some good contracts inked, but are subject to bank financing, could need to raise more money. Or could just get the partner they are looking for, which they are doing now. Solar stock play, that is
not much advertised. You never know! this one could have good upside potential down the road.
