On the MACD I have a question or two for you. I think you are saying to use a faster one instead of the 12, 26, 9;
You show a MACD 5,15, 10 - it does not show the lines for the difference between 5 & 10 EMA against the trigger line of 10,
it just shows the histogram. Am I right so far??

It is my understanding that the histogram is the (difference between the two moving averages that is substracted against the trigger line in you 5, 15, 10 MACD is the difference of the difference between the 5 & 10 then substracted against the trigger 10) So I am a little confused when you say the histograms are better indicator - they are based off the two moving averages - I might have this all wrong. It might be better to take this off line. I do not have PM but Z has my email address, Purdue has my phone # if we need to talk more and not bore people here. I would love to learn from you since you know what you are doing.
