can we actually 'touch' the headway

that CH or NEOM has made with ATT?
they 'worked' together on a Papa John trial.... is that headway?
didn't we work together with Sprint on a trial in an Ohio college sometime back?

if headway means he was able to get his phone calls or emails answered, then I'm not impressed one bit.

maybe all this posturing is too nebulous for me to understand enough to credit CH or IM or anyone else- as we're still sub-penny.
