Many months were held up by the PTO and the reexam.

CH was with the company for just over 1 yr., surely not enough time to build out an entire worldwide ecosystem and have the standards bodies in place, yes? Regardless, the NeoSphere footprint is in place as a direct result of CH...and he did make headway with ATT...something of an accomplishment over all former CEO's, yes?

CH did not necessarily leave voluntarily. A decision was made to take the company in another direction under another steward, IM. But long before IM came on board, PS was hired. PS was and continues to be a primary driver. Because you don't see PS's name in print, doesn't mean that he isn't still heavily involved...
