mchugh's phi mate dates (3/13 and 3/26):
3/13 will be a top - i think we rally from here to 3/12-3/13 on mark to market suspension meeting

3/26-3/27 will be a strong bottom

3/27 - carolan's reversal date

5/15 - into the abyss...once again
