FC VS Settlement?

I believe that if WMI is going to file the FC, they must do it at least a week before the deadline to ensure there are no mistakes to let the FDIC off the hook.

So assuming the dead line is March 29, then if they have not filed the FC by March 19th through March 22nd, then that to me spells settlement which could occur any day. On the contrary if they file the FC the stocks will jump some, but we will be in for a 1-3 year time frame (bummer). Maybe "Bopfan" will weigh in with his/her thoughts and the Dumb Indian will stay at home reviewing the court documents to help with his/her objectivity.
