I can't disagree, Joe. Not specifically on the beneficial qualities of tea, but on the use of statistics to mislead. Although there are exceptions, most folks who use statistics to prove a point are more interested in manipulating the public than they are in scrupulous honesty. Insurance companies are past masters at the practice. Since I lack the clout to refute their deceit, I try to ignore it.
As far as tea is concerned, I don't drink it as much for its medicinal qualities as for my personal enjoyment.
