Yea they are repaying their debt but they are not having to issue many shares to do it, its a lot better than them just disappearing or asking for a bail out lol. This is a fully reporting company so ill ask them about the form 4s. Look at the bright side of things, they have elminated a lot of debt and if they do what they are supposed to then were the ones who are going to really benefit.
