This is the kind of stuff I'm worried about:
a) On August 7, 2008, the Company issued 10,500,000 shares to settle $45,000 of accounts payable. The Company recorded a loss on settlement of debt of $333,000.
b) On August 20, 2008, the Company issued 13,500,000 shares to settle $30,000 of accounts payable. The Company recorded a loss on settlement of debt of $253,500.
c) On September 17, 2008, the Company issued 20,000,000 shares to settle $20,000 of accounts payable. The Company recorded a loss on settlement of debt of $104,000.
d) On October 2, 2008, the Company issued 19,500,000 shares to settle $15,000 of accounts payable. The Company recorded a loss on settlement of debt of $111,750.
e) On October 16, 2008, the Company issued 24,000,000 shares to settle $15,000 of accounts payable. The Company recorded a loss on settlement of debt of $73,800.

I just noticed that the CEO and Directors have not filed a Form 3, Form 4 and Form 5 for the past two years.
Tell the CEO not filing is a violation of the SEC Regulations and the SEC can stick it to GXPI if the CEO is not in compliance.
