Mark,I would rather you re-confirm with your JDA source about the accuracy that an agreement has been signed between Addax & Transocean for the Deerwater Pathfinder than parody what Gandur said in his conference call.
I do not believe he would pubicly deny the existence of such an agreement... his bonafides would come cascading down.Also, I am not aware that any CEO would ever become signatory to a written agreement without written legal approval by the corporation's legal counsel.Just ponder the potential legal liability to him & his Corporation if he ever dared and something backfired. I rather believe your contact misspoke.
