You are so right PuffyK, one of my bestfriends openned a company that makes tankless water heaters and he is on his 3rd year in business, already had a 18mil dollar offer to buy him out, he turned it down cause he is about to sign a contract with Wal-mart $$$$$$. To bad is not a public trading company or I would be rich by now.
