That is kinda good, do you have a citation on that?

I forget who CHUKL is? If they acquired the note, and then acquire the stock, we can presume they are working toward the NOL's. I don't think many bankers need the NOL's like they did in 2007. Our currency has declined with the market value.

I wonder if a bank could acquire trenwick, then redo their 2007 taxes, and get their tax refund as a self service bailout?
