Pinksheets or OTCBB you should be able to execute
online trades without having to call ur broker
You just need to use Limit orders for buys and sells.

And for the bid and ask pinksheets.com should display
the bid and ask 20 minutes delayed .For real time level2
pinksheets you can use alphatrade.com.
