A question to all, especially those financially savvy. If IDCC has a policy of reporting the prior qtr's earnings in the present qtr, then are they not reporting the 3rd qtr(Sept 08) as the 4th qtr earnings. And therefore, reporting the qtr ending December 07, March 08, June 08 and September 08 as the full year earnings for calendar year 08?

So, it seems to me that the 1st Qtr 09 report will be the sales for the 4th qtr of 08 (Dec 08). Is this correct? If so, then we won't see any Sammy money reported until the 2nd qtr of 09 is reported sometime in July or August, as this should be the sales numbers for the 1st qtr. Or does IDCC simply take money from the Sammy settlement and slam it into the numbers reported in the 1st qtr even though the sales numbers are from the December 08 4th qtr.

Does this make sense.
