MMs Already Scrambling!?!

Please correct me if I'm wrong with my understanding of L2,, but I
find it strange that the MMs JEFF, NITE, and WIEN all seem to have
modified their L2 prices this morning. They are at .0003/.0004 (WEIN
at .0002/.0006). These prices all seem pretty normal, but does anyone
find it strange that they would update these prices on a Sunday
morning (following the Dividend PR, of course)? I'd LOVE to hear input
from others who are more experienced w/level-2 concepts such as,
relevancy of the time sales were updated.

Regardless, it's great news, no doubt!
