Just my opinion......Glenn's purpose
is to do what he was hired to do (stated in the oringinal PR), that is to bring CMKX to be fully reporting again (possible trading on new exchange), to settle 'issues' facing CMKX (I would suspect 'issues' to be the naked shorting situation) and finally, to complete any merger that might be in the works (mergers are one of GLenn's Firm specialties).
CMKX just announced public advertising for CMKX racing, I don't think that CMKX would spend the $$$ there to get public attention if they were intending to go private.
Therefore, I HIGHLY DOUBT that there is even the possibility of a buyout offer here. I really believe that we all are wasting thought energy on dreaming of a buyout. JMHO
