Actually, if you look very closely

You will see that the one posted from the brochure and the one from the casavant mining site are different. The brochure one shows FAR more area claimed as part of CMKX land and the JV area seems much larger too. Seems this is an updated version with lots more area staked out.

Looks like Shore has quite a bit more land staked in this version as well.
