You certainly run things well here. I don't see too much censoring. I like what I see in this play and always appreciate any legitimate negative info to offset my initial enthusiasm. I don't see a whole lot of risk compared to other plays. Checking on Pierre's past is my main concern I think. And of course validating the claims first hand...
