The GWI shares can't be traded in the US. Do you live in Canada? Do you want to limit the locations you can trade the shares in? You lock out the entire US market if you swap them. The funny thing is, the Canadian shares are trading higher than the GWOW.OB shares. Both now trade at less than the recent net asset valuation which I calculate at about 21 cents, since being informed that there are only about 31 million shares outstanding.

Of course, I suspect that is Canadian money. They don't actually say on the financials, and they use a $ instead of a C$, so who really knows?

I have my bet on it being the same company, and selling less than net/net.

I sure wouldn't mind a validation from a more informed source.

I consider the whole situation an underlying effect of the banking crisis. Whole brokerages have disappeared or changed ownership. Research staffs are hustling quarters down at the local liquor store.
