LNGT Insider News: Well guys what a fantastic meeting...Bob showed up with John Magno...Wayne Armstrong. Dan Schall...it might take several posts to fill in the blanks...

It got off to a rocky start... LNGTʼs guys all when thru 20 minutes going into their credentials.... till finally Jim Hock cut them off and said "I really don t care about MBAs and PhDs.where is LEI at right now...because your a one cent pink sheet stock and 95% of this street cant even deal with you ".... and you only have an hour and a half ". I thought it was meeting over...but Bob started his presentation and Jims group went from slightly interested but I can t help you to ---- I like what your saying to ---- man this company has a huge future if executed right...after the 1.5 hour meeting went in into 2.5 hours Bob was left with a couple things to put together for them and it was very positive. In fact Jim Hock left the room to make some calls and said he has people interested in meeting again Thursday...so LEI is coming back tomorrow...

I am glad Bob brought the other 2 main guys of LEI with him. John Magno and Wayne Armstrong as they in detail explained some of the tech with everyone...Iʼll get into that in a minute...thereʼs going to be lots of info so ill break it up...

First off this whole contract with ITT...this Wayne Armstrong was one of ITT main research and development people and when you hear of some of the projects heʼs worked on for the military it will impress you...but I'll concentrate on what his involvement means for LEI...

Back in 2001 Wayne was developing this laser sensing device for the military for ITT...he explained the military's current way of detecting bio warfare elements and its from the 1950s...and that system can only be used at 5 miles per hour top speed...the one LEI is developing has been proven to work at 45 miles per hour mounted on a humvee...a slow moving vehicle is not what the military wants in a war zone...my point is the military needs this NOW...and outside of what ITT has is there is nothing else out there...

Now the reason the LEI s laser is important is several...ITT picked LEI laser out of 22 lasers and 18 companies because its the only tunable laser without a flash lamp...the military doesn't want to be changing the lamp every 3 weeks. And it the lamp breaks it has toxic gases in it...and hereʼs the big point...ITT doesnʼt t yet know what range (frequency) the laser has to be used at...they are having software problems they are working out...the mainstream laser is set at 248 and thatʼs all you get...LEI s laser is tunable...so as they better understand the feed back the computer is getting they can change the range on the fly... no other laser can do that...and some lasers theyʼve tested fire at 8 nano seconds and the computer sensors isn't t getting enough feed back to do a complete analysis....LEI s laser fires at over 100 nano seconds...

To put it in perspective. Wayne made it clear that LEI's laser is the only one in existence that will work in this system...he would know as he designed it for ITT...and all the software is being built around it... Wayne is now working for LEI... the military wants 3000 units at around $300K -$250K each.... at the moment they are in talks with the military to go to the next step witch is field ready ... and that can take time... so LEI once cashed up will advance this on their own regardless of the status of the military as it has other applications they are pursuing... when you understand where the military is at you'll see LEI just rubbing their hands together to do a deal...

The next product BB displayed was the one that will be announced soon...he is actually meeting with some military and marketing people tonight to seal the deal... I can t tell you guys about it but all ill say is TASER has filed an injunction against the name LEI is going to use... lol... it s a fantastic piece of work...I wish I can talk about it but when the NR comes out Iʼll tell you guys some interesting info on it ...this NR alone will make LNGT pop to 10 cents alone...

As for the TRT technology... this tech has signs of unbelievable dollar amount revenues... the story goes... this John Magno was head of R&D at Honeywell and still has connections with in the industry... he acquired this tech when they decided to shelve it years ago... (If a technology at the time wasn't valued at $250 mill per year they shelved it) so John picks up the tech patents and has it evaluated from a guy that works with Samsung.... He suggested they modify the tech a bit and that's what LNGT did...once explained in detail (with will take an hour) what you have is a replacement film for ANY FLAT SCREEN.... not just cell phones... that cost 8 cents to make compared to 1 dollar costs equivalent to make... and takes up to 50% battery energy to use... currently all ... I said ALL cell phone manufactures have to use 3M s film... they have a complete monopoly on this market... I spoke with John privately after the meeting for about half an hour and he explained that the next step is getting 100 of these made and basically buying 20 different cell phones and modifying each one with this new tech and sending it to the manufactures of the cell phones... and sourcing the extruding capabilities to make millions of these... the source he is and has been working with they are meeting with in NY here today and tomorrow... so there is a group already backing to plan to take the TRT tech to commercialize it.... it all comes down to cash to get it rolling...

Ill tell you guys...its really hard not to love Bob Bates...one you hear the whole story of what heʼs been thru you'll wonder why he hasn't given up...and I tell you he really stood to his guns during this meeting...

For one thing he was hammered several times to roll the stock back...and he made it clear...thereʼs no way heʼd consider it until we see 30-40 cents...of the 254 million shares out insiders own 120 million...and there is special voting rights in there so nobody can come in and steal -takeover the company...

When they where taking dilution and how many shares it would take at a penny Bob interjected he was looking at 14 cents minimum and they nearly choked...and they did choke when I mentioned they just raised 1.3 million at 8 cents...Bob made it clear heʼs not going to give the company away and he knocking on doors until he gets what he wants...

After the meeting Bob took me aside and stated that the reason heʼs so adamant about doing a higher financing is because he just meet with a high net individual the day before that has committed some money...(not BERYL). Oh the Beryl issue.... Berylʼs lawyers have told Beryl if they don t have the money this week its time to go to war...Beryl is sick...sick. Sick ...of the whole UBS mess...and has turned up the heat all but an outright lawsuit...Bob stated that with the people Berylʼs got involved he expects it to be done very soon...

One question that came up is how did they get to 250 million O/S...well the whole Cornell capitol issue came up...as soon as you mention Cornell is the same response you get mentioning Barry Davis...Cornell was suppose to give LEI 5 million. Instead they only ponyied up $850K.then they would phone Bob out of the blue and demand a cash payment...if he couldnʼt pay it they would pre-sell shares and convert it at a ridiculous exchange.... they would even threaten Bob and say they would burn the company up if he didnʼt do what they wanted.... it was bad.... they kept jerking him to put out news so they could convert.... anyway thatʼs all taken care of...

Well I am typed out for now...still more to come. I am going to LNGT s location Friday so if you have any questions pass it on and Iʼll get answers...James
