Thanks for the post Lmf, but there is alot I and probably more on this board that don't understand about your post. Xkem international owns Xkem Nigera didn't Xkem International go BK and not just Xkem Nigeria. It sounds like only Nigeria went BK a subsituary of Xkem International.....how can that be.
If they sell the Nigerian stake what could they get for it when there is nothing there but a facility that isn't even producing.
You stated if Xkem Nigeria is sold to another bidder, Xkem International will have to produce a copycat of Nicosan, I assume that's what you are saying since the Nicosan license is what is really being sold to the highest bidder.If that is the case Swift is still running the show of Xkem International, so were does that leave all the shareholders back to square one with the crook, who seems to be in hiding.
