But I should explain...

Yes, to your the last question anyway... If Xechem Nigeria is sold, the shareholders still have their stock, but there will be nothing left in Xechem International, so the stock and company will be worth very little. The plan, as I understand it, is to sell Xechem Nigeria, pay off the creditors at some percentage and then try to run Xechem International by coming up with Nicosan II. That's what I've heard, but I'm not 100% sure of the details, just like they don't know the details of our plan. I can say that we have a lot more coherent thoughts on paper than they've ever shown, so I'm confident that we'll present a better case for what we'd like to do. I can also say with 100% confidence that we have more support for what we want to do from the people that care about Xechem Nigeria, Nigerians.

Yesterday Dr. Pandey spoke at a launching of a book on Nigerian Tourism. They asked him to speak because he's very well connected to Nigeria and his topic was economic development. They asked me to speak about our trip and my impressions of Nigeria. During the rest of the speeches Xechem came up often and we heard speaker after speaker discuss how important this drug and company is to Nigeria and Nigerians because of the prevalence of Sickle Cell Disease. One thing that we have heard over and over is that the figure we all use of 4 million Nigerians that have Sickle Cell is off, as much as by a factor of 4. They actually laugh at us when we say 4 million. The problem is that in areas that they can't get statistics the men and women aren't screened for SCD or HIV, so the diseases are (or were) spreading very quickly. They are passionate about this because they know people that have children that have died of Sickle Cell and it's the worse thing to go through because of the helplessness you feel when a child is in pain like they are. At the end I asked people that were interested in helping us solve the problem with Xechem and Nicosan to meet us after the event. At one point I had about 25 people asking questions and offering to help. A few of them represent a large group of people that are very interested in helping us.

It's all about passion. Passion for the company, passion for the people the company should be helping. If you have passion, you'll do the right things and you'll make money. If you have passion you'll aggressively go after more drugs to treat more illnesses and ailments. Or so I think...

The plan is to build Xechem International and Xechem Nigeria into strong companies with more than one product, but the first priority is to get the only revenue producing product the company has on the market. People want the drug, we need to makes sure they can get it...
