This is a good point; it's something that I've pondered before I started investing when SFMI was in the 9.

Has SFMI started paying rent to GoldCorp yet? In the year end NR, it stated that SFMI should pay a monthly rent of $83,000+ starting this Jan. However, it was then assumed that SFMI would be producing gold and silver by Jan. Now that SFMI is not producing, does SFMI still obligated to pay rental fee?
