I used a registry cleaner program and now my computer will not reboot. Says I am missing a system 32 hal.dll file. I did an f8
and tried to do a boot in safe mode or a restore to last good system configuration. It did not work but keeps prompting me for this missing or corrupted file. Is there a way to access the computer and do a system restore to a time before these changes were made. I do not have a bootable disk for one of the other drives.
Any help appreciated.
