777future, to add to your inquiry...

When/if you call the company, ask them if those 45 million shares that were given to OTCReporter.com, LLC were from the restricted stash or the float stash. I'll call too to see if I can also find out.

According to the post below by alexindef, the end of day reported that 27 million had already been sold as of 2/18/2009:

That means that as of 2/18/2009, we have 18 million shares of selling to chew through. On 19 Feb 09, we had over 32 million in volume. On 20 Feb 09, we had over 17 million in volume. I am hopeful that they have continued to sell since they couldn't wait to start selling shares at these levels in the first place. So hopefully they are all gone given the volume after that 18 Feb 09 report. If not, worst case scenario, we still have 18 million shares or so to chew through. Heck, at these levels, I'll just keep quietly accumulating.

Thanks and many kudos to alexindef because I had no idea where the selling was coming from as it was making me look not so wise to some of my friends that were posing such questions to me. Now at least we know how much we have to chew through before it really starts moving.

I still like RRLB and I do think that one day it will prove to be a winner. I must say that I am not happy about the selling and especially at these levels. You would have thought that they would have believed in the company a little more and waited to start selling at much higher prices.
