As far as the report's concerned, there just isn't much of anything to add to what we've already heard several times over. It's all just a wait and see what happens next.

Regarding Fogg and USA, this whole situation is really turning into a episode out of the Twilight Zone. The only thing I can see is pretty much what was said in the filings, and that's that Fogg knows USA over-stepped the legal bounds when they reneged on the payments that were due. "That ain't a good thing to do". While USA may have a valid point or two,(and I don't know if they do or not), they reverted to illegal means to back out of the deal, and they're going into this case with two strikes against them. I would really be curious to know who advised them to do what they did.

From what I can see, USA/Fogg are trying to salvage what they can by doing a partnership. Fogg seems too savvy to give control to Wright and end up looking for a new job when Wright decides to can him. My bet is that USA will either have to honor the purchase of the CLEC/Fogg business or come up with money to pay off MOBL to go away and find another buyer.
