As a long term investor in shell company stocks, I could give a "rat's ass" if they distribute a cotton picking thing. I just want a clean shell.
Of course if they invent a new "cotton picking thing" I hope they pursue the patents on it.
Personally, I think the statements to the commission represent a contingent legal liability to those who made the statements, and a contingent asset to shareholders.
