Too funny. Really, how long does it take to "establish" a phone? And what does it really require to "establish" one? Geez, just go to your nearest neighborhood Radio Shack, get a cell phone, and you're up and running. Just how long will it take them to "establish" a phone?...hmmm maybe just as long to get the sampling results out....which means MONTHS...Good heavens..Here's a suggestion: get a SKYPE phone account....
