Chance, I see your point.

And that's why I'm willing to give Donovan a decent amount of time to prove himself. I don't know what it is about some companies, but in my experience it seems like the ones who "talk" the most, are the ones who close the least. But damn, if Donovan didn't come out singing like a songbird the other day! Eh? I'll be ecstatic if he can close on 1/3 of all that stuff.
