I don't see it that way, I see it as someone trying to promote some panic selling to get some cheap shares. This is made easier because the overall volume is horrible and there is low expectations for the immediate future. Kind of like exagerating posts to play on investor emotions (either to the positive or negative) to support your own personal profit. Just my opinion.
